To be efficient, the National Assembly will need to ensure that the working conditions of its members and staff are well taken care of. To this end, the Senate sets out the following:
- Institute capacity development programs for its members and staff.
- Provide conducive working environment, infrastructure and adequate working resources to enable its effectiveness.
- Provide for the construction and equipment of the National Assembly Hospital that will provide effective and comprehensive health care services.
