"While digital platforms such as WhatsApp groups, email, and the Senate intranet are used for coordination and information sharing, the institutionalization of integrated communication systems remains limited. Nevertheless, the Senate, through its Information Technology (IT) Unit, facilitates the timely dissemination of legislative documents, reports, notices, and other relevant information to Senators. This enhances access to critical information, supports informed deliberations, and strengthens evidence-based decision-making in the legislative process."

  Through the live broadcast of Senate plenary proceedings, investigative hearings, public hearings, and the publication of legislative activities on the National Assembly website, the Senate has enhanced public access to legislative information and increased citizens' awareness of its activities. These initiatives have improved engagement with external stakeholders, strengthened transparency in the legislative process, and reinforced accountability in governance.
