On 2nd July 2025, the House of Representatives have reviewed and received the Report of the Committee on University Education on a Bill for an Act to Establish Federal University of Entrepreneur and Business Management, Ekinrin Adde, Kogi State and to make Comprehensive Provisions for its due Management and Administration and for Related Matters, (HB. 2088) (Referred: 18/3/2025). This education institution when establisihed will help in producing relevant entrepreneurship skills to Nigerian youths.

Strat.2 Through the Tax reform bills which are on going, The 10th House of Representatives has introduced tax incentives like exemptions for small businesses (turnover ≤ N50m), reduced company income tax from 30% to 25%, and harmonized tax policies to ease business operations. These measures indirectly support the strategy to incentivize private companies to employ and train youth by reducing financial burdens and encouraging business expansion.
